Step through Free, Premium, Professional, and Practice Suite to see exactly what
changes — in the directory, on the public profile, in your messages,
in the progress dashboard for both parents and practitioners, in your Insights
analytics, and — for clinics — on your practice's own page (progress tools
currently for speech, occupational, feeding and physiotherapy — more
specialties coming). One sample practitioner, dummy data.
The screens below are illustrations — buttons inside them aren't clickable.
Free · Get listed. A listed profile in the
directory and a public profile page. Parents reach you by inquiry and chat.
You also get a free client roster + session scheduling.
Premium · Get chosen. Everything in Free,
plus a verified Premium seal, a richer profile, a response-time badge, and higher
placement — everything parents weigh when choosing. The full progress-reporting
tool (session logging, goals, home program, AI parent summaries) kicks in for the
families who choose you — currently for speech, occupational, feeding and
physiotherapy, with more specialties coming.
Professional · Extend reach. Everything in
Premium, plus tools that reach parents before they search — a 60-second intro
video and a photo gallery parents see on your profile. Your teal seal
becomes solid.
Practice Suite · Run a team. A dedicated clinic page
and directory card, a shared team inbox with routing and assignment, whole-clinic
roll-ups (clients, calendar, reviews) and Clinic Insights — and every practitioner on
your seats gets full Professional automatically, plus the lavender clinic seal and
square photo that mark your whole team as one family.
Gold outlines mark what unlocks at the tier you have selected.
The verified seal — how it scales
Free listings carry no seal. From Premium up, the seal on your photo tells parents your standing at a glance — and it steps up with your tier.
Premium — hollow seal
The baseline trust mark. Appears on your photo in search results and on your profile as soon as you subscribe.
Professional — solid seal
The same mark, filled solid — a visible step above Premium everywhere the seal shows.
Practice Suite — the lavender clinic seal
One mark for the whole team: your clinic and every practitioner on your seats wear the lavender seal — with square photos, so parents spot a clinic family at a glance.
Free profiles rank below paid listings of equal availability — upgrade to rank above them.
The “Fast responder” and “Highly rated” pills are earned badges — earned by real behaviour (quick replies, great reviews) on any tier, including Free. Never bought, and losable: parents see proof, not promises.

Today’s session had a really positive feel to it — there was a clear sense of forward momentum, and My Child came in ready to work. /sh/ is now solid in single words and starting to carry into short phrases like “ship to shore”, with some lovely spontaneous attempts during the dinosaur game. /th/ is still developing in connected speech, which is exactly where we’d expect it. We practised “ship / shop / fish” with his cards and he was proud of himself — building nicely on last session’s momentum.
Keep up the great practice at home — it’s really showing.

My Child held a tripod grasp for most of today’s drawing and managed three buttons on his own — a real step up. We used chunky crayons and a button board, and he loved the dinosaur stencils, which kept him engaged for longer than usual. Strength and endurance are building well; we’ll keep layering in short, playful practice so it carries over to dressing and writing at school.
He’s working hard — the home practice is paying off.

Speech & Communication

Which best describes your child’s communication?
Has words, but is hard to understand
2
Are any of these also true?
Frustration or tantrums, possibly from not being understood
Some anxiety or holding back socially
3
Has your child had a formal assessment?
No — not assessed yet
ℹ️These are suggested starting points, not a diagnosis.
Children’s developmental needs are complex and often overlapping — the “right” practitioner depends on factors this questionnaire can’t fully capture. Use this as a guide to begin exploring, and consult with any practitioner about whether their services are the right fit. Many families end up working with more than one type of specialist.

Haven’t had a formal assessment yet? A comprehensive evaluation is often the most valuable first step. In Hong Kong, you can request a free multidisciplinary assessment through the government’s Child Assessment Service (CAS), though wait times can be long. A private educational or clinical psychologist can typically see you much sooner.
