When you engage a practitioner or clinic found through the site, that relationship — including services, fees, scheduling, and clinical care — is directly between you and them. The Alder Index is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for the services practitioners provide.

4. Practitioner listings

Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their own profiles. We may review, approve, edit, or remove listings at our discretion, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, qualifications, or availability described in any listing. If something looks wrong, please use the report link on the profile.

5. Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the site only for its intended purpose — finding, contacting, and working with children's specialists.
• No harassment or abusive messages, no false or misleading reviews, no impersonation, and no unlawful content.
• Unauthorized scraping or reproduction of the directory is prohibited.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the practitioner. We may moderate or remove reviews that violate these terms. Reviews are the opinion of their authors, not of The Alder Index.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, content, and compilation of the directory are owned by The Alder Index. You retain rights to the content you submit, and grant us the licence needed to display it as part of operating the service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Alder Index disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or from any engagement between you and a practitioner. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
